Cure-In-Place (CIP) Pipe Lining permanently eliminates recurring problems in both sewer and storm pipes without expensive excavation. Lining can be completed on both residential service lines and sewer and storm mains.
How does lining work? First we clean the existing sewer pipe. A felt tube is saturated with an epoxy resin. The tube is then “blown” into the existing pipe and air pressure is used to hold the new liner against the pipe walls. Once inflated the resin is cured using steam. The end result is a smooth, joint less pipe that is molded inside of the old pipe.
CIP Pipe Lining is a low cost, permanent solution to solve sewer and storm problems. Lining repairs and restores aging pipe without knocking down fences or tearing up landscaping and parking lots.
Install a pipe liner to add 60+ years of life to an existing pipe by reinforcing the existing structure and restoring missing and damaged sections. The liner does not rust or corrode, and completely eliminates root intrusion and water infiltration. The investment in a CIP liner significantly lowers maintenance and repair costs for decades to come.
Pipe lining allows full rehabilitation of underground sanitary and storm lines without excavation. For residential lines the liners are often installed directly from the main clean-out access in your basement. Main liners are installed from manhole to manhole (or other access point).
